Hey everyone! I'm super excited to announce that I have accepted a Personal Trainer position with the City of Greeley! If you're looking to start your New Year's Resolution early or want to accomplish some higher goals, I'd love to talk with you!
A little about myself since I haven't really told many people what I've been pursuing in school, I am nationally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I have a bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science and I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Exercise Physiology.i have around 4 years of training experience and before the Marine Corps, I owned my own training business. I have experience working with everyone from athletes to first time gym goers and everywhere in between.

Are you looking to get fit!? Are you looking to keep the weight off during the winter months or start your New Years Resolution early so that when it comes around, you're ahead of the game?! Look no further! I am certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. There are a lot of people who think that personal training is out of the question because it so expensive. That is true, some gyms will charge upwards of 55 dollars for a half hour session, but not with me. I make my rates affordable so that EVERYONE can afford to get in shape with some help. I only charge 40 dollars for one session or 50 dollars for two sessions a week. That's only 25 dollars for 2 ONE HOUR SESSIONS!
