Meuchel Turkey Calls

I finally got some shop time in and turned some calls out. One is sycamore and the other is persimmon

Here’s a couple calls I just got done with just waiting to be taken on a turkey hunt. They are curly maple, walnut, and buckeye.

This is a call I just got done making for a good friend. Pictures don’t do justice to the different colors in this piece of walnut. It sounds better than it looks which is pretty impressive.

With turkey season here I thought I would get the good vibes going with a pic of Matt’s bird last year in Montana. I love seeing people have success with one of my calls, it feels like I was right there with them on the hunt.

Some maple pots I just got done. There is one curly and two Birdseye with a little figure on them. They are green slate over aluminum with an oil finish.
