The eater walleyes and perch fishing will consume most of my summer, with trophy catch and release walleyes coming back full swing in August and September. Whether you’re an experienced angler, or totally new to the bay, we supply everything to make your experience one to remember!

May 30th here on the bay as I put the wraps on my spring trophy season. A long, cold, drawn out spring such as this one is one that can only be described as a dream.

There’s nothing in the outdoors that puts a burning drive in me like big Green Bay walleyes, and this spring we were blessed with endless amounts. Sharing such happy days with customers and friends make this job easy, even though it’s anything but.

Below is my final stab at trophy caliber walleyes for the season, along with some of my favorite still shots from the last few months.

If BIG walleyes, and a guide with unmatched tenacity and love for the game are something you’re interested in, I’m taking bookings for August/September of 2026, as well as spring of 2027.

Caught a pretty special one this spring! I’ve caught a lot of tagged fish, but never one with an acoustic transmitter.

Set out for a solo mission on a night off to soak up the already great bite. What started as an epic night casting got pretty chaotic when all three of my trolling rods went off just after setting them out. I was in awe when I saw what one of these healthy walleyes was toting on its back! I will be able to check in with the biologist in charge of this study, and track its course over the season. As a walleye ju**ie, this is fascinating to me.

Spoiler alert- This fish was caught just 7 days after being tagged, no where near its tagging location.

Banger of a day with my dudes Randy and Dave! This was actually a wind reschedule day from a cluster of trips we had booked last fall- couldn’t wait to have these cats back in the boat!

A flat calm Saturday had these fish on red alert. We made some key adjustments and beat on em casting. We dumped the boards in after dark and couldn’t keep lines in trolling. A perfect combo in my book! Always a hoot with these guys AND they know how to catch em 😎
