Since you all liked our pot roast so much, we decided we’re going to serve comfort meals in the pub EVERY Sunday! Last week, we had homemade meatloaf with cheesy spaetzle casserole and asparagus. This week (9/6), we’ll have pork roast with ham-n-celery creamed rice, stewed collard greens, and hush puppies!

No prime rib tonight. Alto Shaam over cooked it over night. Ribeye is the special tonight. Prime Rib will be turned into the Best Pot Roast Tomorrow (Sunday)
