We have had a lot of rain. The course is still in great shape. But if you do not golf in a league on Wednesdays, you probably do not realize 90% of the rain has been 7 weeks in a row on Wednesday Evening. Crazy.

Thursday update - Front 9 will open with carts at 5 p.m. It is still pretty wet out there, so take it easy, avoid standing water, fix all ball marks... Back and range will remain closed today.

Thursday - Course and Range closed for the day. Rain and more rain. Hope to dry well enough for to open this evening... Reminder- 1st Thursday of the Month- It is RIB NIGHT TONIGHT.

So... Today there were some young girls on E Bikes on a joy ride on the course. The Woods is NOT a park. It is private property. It is a business. Parents- Please inform your kids.

Top 4 Bev Cart WTF moments of the last 20 years. Pick your favorite...

A) Girl working an outing lost her cash bag. She may have had a cpl shots with the outing. My buddy found the bag in the parking lot. Probably $1500 ish in there. I made her drive around the course for 2 hours before I let her know I had it already. I think she learned a lesson.

B) One of our cart girls years back, got "lost" on the golf course, so drove back on Huron to Finger to Erie back to clubhouse.

C) Had a bev cart trying to cross the bridge by 15/16. Back wheel got hung up. Cart flipped off the bridge into Baird's Creek. She was not hurt. But her words were, please tell me this is not the 1st time this has happened.

D) Cash bag was accidentally dropped into a fairly full portable. One of the golfers was nice enough to retrieve it. She asked what she should do, the reply was take it home and wash everything. She did. When she brought all back, had her go exchange it at the bank.

Woods tomorrow. 2 p.m. World Cup. USA vs Australia. Double bubble during game.

Update 3 - Pretty good idea on whom, but no one fessing up to it, without video evidence of some sort or an admittance, is what it is. I am sure the kids have heard word and hopefully scared straight. Trail cams will be going in... Thanks all for the help and concerns....

Update 2 - Met with a really nice GBPD gentleman. Took pics. I am sure he will canvas most of the area and homes. Ring cameras possibly? We know this happened yesterday sometime between 1:45 and 3:15... One of my pro shop kids played it at 1:45 and my brother at 3:15.

PSA - If golfers and residents in the area can keep a watch out for Us. Two kids, ages 10-12 ish were seen on their E Bikes leaving the golf course a couple hours ago. Unfortunately, we found damage on 17 green. Up close, it is fairly obvious it was done with E bikes. Knobby Tires and holding the brake down while hitting the throttle. Any info would be appreciated.
