Broken Spoke racer Cole House and Linear Sport's Brian Matter shadowed each other through all five laps only seconds apart. Anticipation mounted for the Elite race outcome. It. was House by a second in 1:56.27! Cheers for the home team!

The category conpleted the day for the 470 riders of this outling of the Trek sponsored Wisconsin Off-Road Series.

We were grateful for the vigilance of the WIsconsin Bike Patrol on medical watch, energy of the GB Blazers, experience of the Ashwaubenon Nordic Ski Team and Friends of the Refo Camp groups and the growing involvement of the Green Bay Trailblazers, and the cooperation and support of Brown County Parks and Rec, particularly in managing the full to the brim campground

The win for the Junior Men was a photo finish and here are the photos to prove it! One of several exciting down to the wire contests of the day.

It was Quinn Ebner of Molly Maid over his teammate Lukas Miller in 1:27.16.90 for both. So we're looking milliseconds between them.

The afternoon was all men -- comp, junior elite and elite categories. Four laps for most, and five for the elite totaling about 27 miles.

That's worth a wheelie or two! Or maybe a beer, courtesy of the race organizers.

Comp riders lapping into the final stretch and their finishes in this post.

Elite Women, Elite Jr Women and Sport Women raced together and with amazing skill and considerable good humor.

It was Sarah Swapinski of Trek Midwest for the Elite women's win in 1:50,36,5 in four laps and Olivia Manthe for the junior women in 1:22.42.4 for three.

Top of the post are the few shots of the elites followed by a combo of elite juniors and sport women. Shown at the little single track carousel at the north end of the course.

A rambunctious category that tends to be dominated at the top by young riders, Sport Men jumped and bumped through several stretches of wooded single track.
