The studio is closed today in observance of Memorial Day. A day to pause and remember those who have served.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that progress doesn’t only happen in the studio.

Time between lessons matters just as much. That’s where your body processes, builds muscle memory, and starts to make things feel natural.
