Ready to get seriously stronger before summer hits? This isn’t a casual “show up and vibe” class. This is focused, progressive training that delivers results.

Led by Certified TRX Coach Kari Merrill, this 4-week series is designed to build strength, improve movement, and challenge your entire body-week by week.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
MON / WED / THUR 5:30-6:00PM

• Targeted muscle group training so you can focus and actually see progress

SATURDAYS (45 MIN)
8:45-9:30AM

• Full-body session to bring it all together

You’ll train smarter, move better, and feel stronger every single week.

Participants should feel comfortable with basic TRX movements and terminology.
