Congratulations to these three guys that have been putting in the work and making it to classes whenever it’s possible!! If there is anyone that has excuses to not show up and train it’s these guys. Despite their busy lives of running businesses, managing people, juggling family life, and slew of other responsibilities, they find excuses TO TRAIN!! Very Proud of our new colored up belts!!

I remember the days when we were taught by a couple purple belts. The knowledge we have in the room today is mind blowing!

Green Bay Jiu Jitsu (& Fox Valley BJJ) decided to take a trip to Italy for the nogi European Championship! Everyone represented the gym well!! Everyone landed on the podium and anyone that didn’t end up on top of it ended up losing to the eventually champ!
