🌱🌱SPRING HAS SPRUNG🌱🌱
The weather has made a turn and that means our team has been back outside enjoying all sorts of outdoor activities. A few highlights:

🟢A huge contingent of the HEAT headed to Oconto River Bowmen for the first leg of the North East WI 3D Archery Tour. A great course with great friends. Still a few more qualifiers left to get your scores in.

🔵A few of the HEAT headed to the first HHA USA event of the season, honoring veterans, military, and first responders. 3 more stops on their 2026 tour.

🟢The HEFT (Hunter’s Edge Fishing Team) tackled Lake Erie. Limits of big fish on every trip out. That’s a lot of eyes!

Time to get those laptops out! Hunter’s Edge is once again offering multiple scholarships to any junior or senior that has some involvement with archery!

After another record setting Tom School Jr. Memorial Weekend, an amazing first Bryon Dagit Open, and some private donors, we have multiple opportunities for students to earn some extra money for college, tech school, books, or any other future endeavors. Every applicant will receive some amount!

Just write us a one page essay on WHAT IMPACT HAS ARCHERY HAD ON YOU? We cannot wait to hear all of your responses! Essays due May 1.

Hunter’s Edge holds a weekly “BOW and JOE” archery league hosted by Centershot Blue?

The Wednesday-morning league is available to any first responders, military, veterans, and their support teams. The league fosters relationships and connection, promotes physical and mental wellness, and supports community transformation.

The event is free and all skill levels are welcome, even those with no experience.

The next session begins April 8th, archers can attend any time from 6a-9a. Check out the amazing photos from the last session. Please reach out to Rick Young @920.609.2403 with any questions!

❄️❄️In the best interest of everyone, we are going to postpone tonight’s Monday League Championship to next week, moving the Tournament of Champions and Shooter of the Year tournaments to next Tuesday.

New this year was the National Archery in the Schools Program TEAM CHALLENGE! Congratulations to Kaukauna Archery Club for your well deserved victory! Can’t wait to see who will take the crown in 2027!

❤️🤍The most EPIC weekend of archery in all of Wisconsin. A record 470 shooters filled the lanes for Tom School 26! Archers with all different experience and equipment levels shooting NASP, 3D, money shoots, fun shoots, team and individual events, all with the same passion for our game. To the parents, grandparents, friends, coaches, and volunteers who worked to make this weekend one for the ages, we THANK YOU! Truly an amazing community coming together to share a love for archery!

🏹Youth archery is HUGE in Wisconsin! 🏹

This past weekend saw 2 huge youth archery events:
1️⃣ Redbird Archery hosted their regional National Archery in the Schools Program event at Hunter’s Edge with over 300 participants.
2️⃣Wisconsin S3DA hosted the State Indoor Scholastic 3-D Archery Tournament with over 200 participants.

Both of these programs are strong and growing every year. By supporting the TOM SCHOOL MEMORIAL WEEKEND at Hunter’s Edge, you are supporting these programs and ones just like them. Check out the flyers on how you can get involved! We can’t wait to see you at THE EDGE!

🎯🎯Yesterday wrapped up our 6 week National Archery in the Schools Program Saturday morning league at The EDGE. 37 kids from a dozen different schools participated with their Genesis Archery bows. Some archers were in their first year in a school program, while others were veterans looking for additional time on the shooting line, but all showed amazing improvement throughout and gained some friends along the way. Great job to all the archers! 🎯🎯

♥️♥️Yesterday we celebrated and honored a great man and ambassador to our sport. The inaugural Byron Dagit Open saw 98 shooters across 2 different events and multiple different divisions. The courses were challenging but the scores were incredible. More importantly, we were all there with a shared love for archery; the same love that Bryon had and passed on to so many. ♥️♥️
