These are some of the best warrior friends I know. I am so thankful to be with them. What a wonderful time training Tuesday night. And some faces I haven't seen in awhile. Thank you.

Those of you that were there to train Sunday already know this. But here it is for everybody else.

I am taking a hiatus from teaching. Between my work schedule and my home with doing a lot to help Kay and take care of her and the house. I need time. So Sunday was the last for awhile and this Tuesday night will be the last till my schedule clears a bit. I will miss it as well as miss all of you, but I need time as well at the moment.

Tuesday night class from 6 pm till 8 pm

This is not a sport martial art, no trophies, knowledge of natural movement to defend and protect against an attacker.
