Just thought it was appropriate to mention these three. Here I am at 47 and training hard, waking up sore, sometimes questioning the workouts, and sometimes just not feeling it. Lol, these three come in and yeah my mind set changes.
Lee, Mike, and Mary you are all an inspiration to our community. The best part is the three of you never want recognition (a lost art these days;). They just show up do the work and support those around them.
The three of them did the Murph today at the ages of 71, 69, and 68. Yeah if you don’t use it you lose it.
Thank you for pushing us all to be better and to be better people. Love ya!
Was great to be able to support the American Legion Post 523 this year. Shout out to them they did a great job today. Thank u to everyone that donated, we were able to raise over $1,600. Proud gym👍🏻

Way to go Preston and Eric way to crush your first Murph. The boys had to get it in early as they will be out of town this weekend. Both under the 46 minute mark, and Preston with strict pull-ups- gotta love this kids attitude;). Excited to see everyone crush it this weekend.
Sometimes I wonder if my wrestlers think I’ve lost my mind. 😂. Good work Preston💪

Shout out to Jackie Mleziva for getting after her goals - hitting some goals and setting new ones. Jackie without realizing it decided to commit to her health and to getting out of her comfort zone. ( yes the 920 coaches talk about our members;) and how their progress is going). Well Jackie stood out💪
It’s crazy how far she has come since day one. I know she doesn’t like attention so i wont go into detail, but she deserves some. We are proud of you girl! Keep being you and continue to become stronger than yesterday👍
