bCentered Training Pilates Studio is an integrated Pilates, yoga and barre studio. We offer private Paula has been teaching the Pilates method for over 24 years.
She is a certified 2nd generation Pilates teacher and Lo**ta San Miguel Pilates master. This makes her part of an elite group of Pilates teachers because Lo**ta San Miguel is 1 of only 2 Pilates elders who were ever personally certified by Joseph Pilates himself. Paula is always continuing her own training and has earned over 45 certifications and certificates in Pilates and yoga since her graduat

Nothing easy about rockin this Pilates move. Linda & Denise (both 70+ just saying) work relentlessly to: increase their strength, mobility & flexibility. Challenging themselves every..single..day. Been clients for 10+ years. So proud of them🥰
