Always wanted to give Jazz Dance a try or dust off your dancing shoes? This summer, Parisian guest artist April Ge**er will offer an open Jazz Master Class on August 14 for ALL LEVELS! We are cohosting April with Movement Studios. Check out our website for all that April has to offer this summer!

A friendly reminder that today, May 15, is the final day to take advantage of the Early Bird discount for Women’s Dance Workshop Patricia Nivelet.

More than a dance workshop, it is an invitation for women to rediscover themselves through movement, music, storytelling, and connection. No experience is needed. We welcome women of all ages and abilities to reconnect with creativity and the joy of artistic expression in a warm and supportive space. The registration link is in the comments or our bio.

Join us August 10-14 for Vive la Danse, a Jazz Intensive for Intermediate and Advanced Dancers with Paris-based dancer/ choreographer April Ge**er!!

After training for six years at the Conservatoire de Paris in contemporary jazz dance, April continued her training at the Neodance Academy, a multidisciplinary dance school. At Neodance, April developed her unique voice through the exploration of various styles such as street jazz, hip-hop, and heels.

April has accrued extensive experience on French stages, notably with the Lemonade Dance Company under the direction of Justine Unzel, as well as five years in a company that combined dance and theater.

April teaches a diverse range of students, from children to adults, with a caring and dynamic approach focused on the joy of dancing, self-confidence, and each individual’s artistic development.

We are so excited to announce that NEWDO is co-presenting, with Jenstar Movement Studio, the Women’s Dance Workshop Patricia Nivelet.

This workshop was created by our own Angie Flanagan in honor of her friend Patricia Nivelet. After its debut in Paris, France this past March, we are proud to support its next adventure here in Green Bay.

Featuring an international faculty including April Ge**er (Paris) teaching Jazz, Jen Berres teaching Yoga, and Angie Flanagan teaching Ballet and Modern, this workshop blends multiple movement styles into an invitation for women to explore self-expression through their bodies in a supportive and joyful environment.
