I’ve always believed “hard conversations make for easy communication”. Meaning if you lean into those honest and tough conversations it makes it easier to understand a person and their perspective. In my experience what makes a good coach great starts with mastering the skill of communication. Everyone is not the same🙌.

Super proud of for winning her Bikini Pro Card today. A lot of hard work went into her prep. Big shout out to her posing 👠coach she got better each week.
Our last show the feedback was to work on our glutes and hamstrings so we went back and put a game plan together to feeding the body more food and build through proper training.
Excited where we are at, looking forward to where we are going 🙌🥳🤩.

Great weekend of training and posing with and out in New Jersey.
Miriam has been working with us since 2019 and it’s been crazy to see how much we both have grown in this fitness space.
has been with for a year and is prep’ing for her first show. Really impressed how she has made progress over these last 16 weeks. Both of them will be hitting the stage in New Jersey this month.
Big thanks to 🏋🏾♀️🏚️ for your training facility. Great team of trainers and all the people I connected with looking forward to our next business trip to Jersey.
