☘️💜 Little Feet, Big Fun! 💜☘️

Our Jiggy Tots Junior classes are back in session, and we’re ready for another season of music, movement, and lots of little smiles!

Designed for children 18 months to 3 years old, our grown-up-and-me program is a fun introduction to Irish dance. With a parent or caregiver by their side, our littlest dancers explore rhythm, coordination, balance, and movement through age-appropriate activities and play.

It’s a wonderful way to spend time together, make new friends, and introduce your little one to the joy of dance!

New little dancers are always welcome! Come join the fun and see what Jiggy Tots is all about. ☘️

Oireachtas practice took a hilarious turn this weekend with our Be a Meme theme!

From iconic internet moments to some very creative interpretations, our dancers understood the assignment. And somehow, between the costumes, laughs, and group photos, we still managed to get plenty of Oireachtas work done!

The countdown is on, the teams are coming together, and we’re making some pretty great memories along the way.

☘️💜 One Weekend Ends. A New Season Begins. 💜☘️

And just like that, MPG weekend is a wrap!

There was a whole lot of dancing, learning, sweating, laughing, and hard work packed into this weekend as our dancers continue preparing for Oireachtas. Every practice is another chance to get stronger, sharpen the details, and build toward that big stage.

And the timing couldn’t be better because TOMORROW WE’RE BACK!

Our first day of regular classes kicks off tomorrow, and we can’t wait to have the studio buzzing again. Familiar faces returning, new dancers walking through our doors, new goals being set, and another year of dancing together officially beginning.

And there really is a place for everyone at RGB!

18 months to adults. First steps to Oireachtas stages. There are so many ways to be part of Irish dance, and you don’t need any previous experience to get started.

☘️ Your child can take a dance class. Or they can learn Irish dance.

There are plenty of great ways to get kids moving. But Irish dance offers something a little different.

It’s dance + sport + music + culture + community rolled into one.

Irish dancers develop incredible foot speed, coordination, balance, stamina and lower-body strength. They learn complicated choreography and rhythmic patterns that challenge memory, timing and concentration — while making all of that movement look effortless.

And Irish dance has some pretty unique perks:

No partner required. Dancers can compete and perform as soloists while also learning teamwork through céilí and figure dancing.

It’s seriously athletic. Research on Irish dancers has documented substantial cardiovascular and physical demands. Those hard shoes aren’t just making noise.

There’s always another goal. Learn your first jig. Earn your next dance level. Perform on stage. Dance at a feis. Join a team. Compete at a major championship — or simply master something you couldn’t do six months ago.
