Great ground training tonight. We worked on the 6 positions, keeping bows up and level throughout all our shots, three phase shots and a little bit on holding arrows in your hand. We made sure to do our pulls after our shots on our non dominant side. I adjusted Amanda’s position bringing her release arm down. It will take some time but she saw how it was more powerful/straight. Great work everyone! Joe, Karla, Amanda and Zack.
