Emily Hawrylak is a sophomore at Mount Union University and an alumnus of Bourn Academy of Dance. During her competitive career, her artistry and style led to regional and national recognition. Emily is excited to return to us after having been an assistant last year. She is also an assistant coach for the Lake Dance Team.

With over 25 years of dedicated dance experience, Mackenzie brings a lifelong passion for movement. She comes to us from California, where she transitioned that into coaching and teaching, with a focus on hip hop. Mackenzie looks forward to continuing to guide all students to reach their full potential.

Peyton Kolasky is a 2026 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Supply Chain Management. She was a member of the Tennessee Dance Team and an alumnus of Bourn Academy of Dance. Peyton is passionate about teaching and sharing her love for dance through her technique-based and style-driven classes.

We are so excited to welcome Avery Denney to our Bourn Staff for the 2026-2027 season ♥️🖤

Originally from North Idaho, Avery Denney began dancing at the age of two and has trained extensively in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, and musical theatre. Most recently, she danced as a trainee with Ballet West Academy on the Bruce Marks Scholarship and has earned recognition on the national stage, including First Place in the Senior Classical Division at Youth America Grand Prix Seattle. Avery will be joining Cleveland Ballet as an Apprentice for the 2026–2027 season. She is excited to share her love for dance with her students by fostering strong technique, confidence, and joy through movement.
