For fans of the Grateful Dead, "The Days Between" refers to the highly symbolic period from August 1st to August 9th. August 1st marks the birthday of front man Jerry Garcia, and August 9th is the anniversary of his passing in 1995. This span is observed annually as a time for remembrance, reflection, and musical celebration. Join Ashley this Wednesday, August 5th at 5:30pm for a fun Grateful Dead themed flow class! Village Days is this weekend! Unfortunately, due to the noise and very limited parking our Thursday and Friday evening classes are canceled, as well as our Saturday classes.

NEW CLASS! Starting Monday, June 8, 6:30-7:30pm, join Jenny for Vin + Yin

Yin/Yang yoga is a practice that balances both mind and body. Yin and yang complement each other and one cannot exist without the other. Yang is a masculine, dynamic, warming energy, and Yin is a feminine, passive, cooling energy. Start this class with Yang, a vinyasa style that builds strength throughout the body. End the class with Yin to calm and surrender into your mat. Leave feeling restored and energized with this active and passive approach to yoga.

☀️ Something special is coming to the Wednesday schedule!
We're welcoming summer with a 4-week solstice series — and trust us, you'll want to read this before you scroll past.

Completing 108 Sun Salutations at the change of the seasons is one of yoga's most meaningful rituals. But before you panic — you won't be doing them all at once. In the next four Wednesday 5:30pm classes, Ashley will guide you through just 27, so that by the first day of summer, you'll have completed your full 108.

It's a practice built for every body. Each class starts with a warm-up, form review, and modifications so you can move through the sequence with confidence. Rest when you need it. Flow when you're ready. No pressure — just presence.
