Before Rooster was my Top Deputy, the job belonged to this guy.. My old man Chip.. He was young & strong & aggressive once.. Loved to fight in Bitework.. He recently turned 13.. His hips give him a lot of trouble & his best days are well behind him.. But I still see his youth come out sometimes & that makes me hold on a little longer ❤️

Yes leadership comes first.. Work comes first.. But I make sure every dog knows I care about em.. “ KK” loves it when she gets hugs after our morning training reps.

I’ve had a huge uptick in stubborn females and cooperative males this year.. She was very stubborn in her first lesson today.. Gonna be a long month lol.
