Tomorrow zone class will be outdoors in the upper lot!! Bring water, outdoor shoes and your ability to kick butt!!

July 12-21, a professional duct cleaning service will be working in our building. Exercise areas, locker rooms, restrooms, hallways, etc. will be closed intermittently to members and staff during this time. We will do our best to keep you posted here and with signage in the building. Feel free to call us to confirm whether an area is open or not.
