No matter what I was doing, I was always exercising and moving my body to help me feel better mentally and physically. It was always consistent, so that is what inspired me to make movement my career and my lifestyle. It helped me feel a sense of general wellness; Mentally & Physically. Movement is consistent, which is why I’ve chosen to make it my career and lifestyle. I utilize exercise anatomy & physiology, as well as corrective exercises and of course lots of fun to educate you on with regards to your body & what we need to do to reach your goals. Your fitness level, urgency to schedule your appointment or what limitations you have, we strive to meet your needs. I am A Certified Personal Trainer, B.A; In Kinesiology and the Grateful Co-Founder of FRST Strength. If there is anything I can help you with please come say hello to me. Do you thoroughly warm up before heavy squats deadlifts or any compound movement that determines your progress?
If not try these after your walking mobility drills, core stability on the floor then these 9. (Choose 4-6 that allow you to target the muscle group your focused on)
1) Pistols to a box 1x8 per leg
2) Cossack squats from a slant board 1x5 per leg
3) Lateral and rear single leg touchdowns w/3 second pause to recruit your glute 1x6 3 each direction
4) TKES 1x10
5) Lateral banded isometric 1x20 seconds
6) Knee walks on sand dune stepper
7) Offset Overhead KB March (kb up version) 20 lbs up; 45 lbs down)
8) Copenhagen plank 1x15 seconds
9) KB clean to lunge (contralateral) 1x5 per side
