This is the 11th GCAT training trip, and the 10th at Frank Brown Park. Year after year we come to the same place because the people make it a special experience.

This year, Jami and her staff went above and beyond. First, preparing the facility for visitors after Isaias, and tonight, upping our traditional movie night. If your club is looking for a place to train, I cannot recommend PCB highly enough.

Day 2:

SCY practice
Breakfast pizza
Beach time
Leftovers for lunch (calling it leftovers undersells the spread that was offered. It was impressive)
SCY practice #2
Spaghetti bake for dinner.
Movie night yet to come.

BME. Show up.
