What an amazing morning at the 5K! 🙌🏾
We showed up with family and friends and pushed ourselves for a great cause with . That’s what it’s all about, coming together, supporting something bigger than us, and putting in the work.
Super proud moment watching my wife Eb complete her first 5K after welcoming our newest addition 💪🏾 And Ari came through and PR’d her time at 33:03… that’s big time! 🔥
All in all, it was a great day filled with energy, love, and purpose. Thank you to my ROCC Family for showing up and showing out—we’re building something special!

Real results come from real habits, not perfection! This is me after locking into our Quick Burn Elite Class:
â•️ Showing up 4x a week at Quick Burn Elite 5:15am (Since mid January )
â•️ Meal prepping Monday–Friday (no calorie tracking)
â•️ Limiting processed foods & controlling portions
But also me:
❌ Not setting boundaries with alcohol
❌ Weekends… doing what I want
And that’s the truth most people don’t talk about. Progress doesn’t come from doing everything perfect, it comes from doing the right things consistently. But let me be clear, this gets HARD when we make it complicated.
Simple changes = real results. Now imagine what happens when I fully lock in… 👀
I’m proud of this progress, but I KNOW there’s another level. My question to you is… Are you ready to make the sacrifices to reach yours?
