The basics of BoroBall
This is a two-player game.
It requires a 25-card roster.
The copyright year of the year that determines the value of the player.
Pitchers & Batters roll a die to determine the outcome of an at-bat.
The pitcher's WHIP is inverted (1/WHIP) and multiplied against the roll of their die to determine the pitch value.
The batter's SLG% is multiplied against the roll of their die to determine the hit value.
If the Hit value is greater than the Pitch Value, then a Hit is recorded.
Players then re-roll to determine the number of bases awarded.
The Batter's Base Dice is subtracted from the Pitcher's Base Dice.
A value in the pitcher's favor or a push, it's an ground out.
A value of 1 is a single.
A value of 2 is a double.
A value of 3 is a triple.
A value of 4 or more is a home run.
If the Pitch Value is greater than the Hit Value, a strike is recorded.
Three Strikes - You're Out.
Three Outs - Inning Over. Change Sides, and Swap Dice.
