A quick trip to Buxton led to some great fish being caught. I got to catch up with a lot of friends that I only see a couple times of year and met many new ones. Can’t wait to go back!

Century Weapon Jr Mag. 7’10”. Graphene Construction. 1/4oz to 3oz lure weight. The Rolls Royce of rods! 16mm American Tackle Apex CCT reel seat with uni-lovk hood. American Tackle Black titanium with pentalite insert guides. This rod is amazing and crazy light. The reason im selling is that I don’t hardly ever use it anymore. $450 and seller pays shipping if shipping is needed.

Basic but so elegant..

This was a fun build! This is a Gen 3 13’ 6-10oz rod with titanium guides with pentalite rings. Split grips were accomplished with 4” cork grips.

My mom is putting in work on the beach with her custom rods. 11’ 2-5oz with Fuji Guides. This has to be the one of the best all around rods I have ever fished.

Gate City Custom Rods has been a proud supporter of the NC Beach Buggy Association for several years. Why? If you are an avid fisherman or just a beach goer to the Outer Banks, this is one of the groups that has been fighting for decades to keep our beaches open for vehicular use. Also, with the partnerships with the National Parks Service to provide fishing rods and reels for their kids fishing programs, to providing scholarships to High School kids to go college, and also to the beach cleanup events on weekends.
