This scholarship offers financial aid to students who have attended Junior SOS that have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and community service.

* A completed application form
* Official high school transcript
* Proof of acceptance or registration at an accredited institution
* Two letters of recommendation
* A summary of your community service activities
* A personal essay (up to 750 words) on how JSA has influenced your goals
