As we gear up for another exciting season of athletics at Northwest Guilford High School, EmergeOrtho wants to make it easy for your student athletes to complete a key requirement for participation: the Pre-Participation Physical Examination (PPE). EmergeOrtho will be offering on-site sports physicals for NWHS student-athletes at the Orthopedic Clinic in Summerfield.

Please bring your NCHSAA PPE Form to the clinic with the first two pages completed.
