OnCourse Turf Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our team for a golf course irrigation installation project in Stanardsville, VA.
Project: September–December
Pay: $18–$28/hour (based on experience)+ Bonus
What We Offer:

Opportunity for full-time employment
Golf course experience is a plus, but not required. Construction, landscaping, irrigation, farming, or other outdoor labor experience is a plus.

What a wild pre emerge season. Ice, snow, rain, frigid cold, and now 80 degrees today. Over 740 acres treated in 14 days is getting after it. Grateful for all of our customers, grateful for our guys who shined through adverse conditions, and grateful we slammed the door on spring 2026 pre emerge today. Bentgrass aerifications start Monday. Let's go!

Another beautiful day. Change of scenery from golf pre emerge to get a few ball fields treated today. We love being able to get every square inch and having the post picture to confirm. Less than 200 acres left to go!

Thankful the sun was out and the wind laid down long enough for us to finish up 75 acres of pre emerge this morning. Lots of good golf holes at The Challenge!
