This challenge runs from June 1 - August 31 and has 5 distances to choose from:

100 Miles (Individuals only)
300 Miles (Individuals and Teams)
520 Miles (Individuals and Teams)
800 Miles (Individuals and Teams)
1,040 Miles (Individuals and Teams)

Participants can accumulate miles walking, running, cycling, swimming, paddling, or rowing. Swag gets mailed at the beginning of August. It's a fun way to keep moving over the summer months, join us!

Only 9 spots remaining in the 2025 Smiley Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, July 27! This event sold out and then 25 charity spots were opened. Once the final 9 spots are gone, no more registrations will be taken. A fan favorite, the Smiley Triathlon Festival weekend is one you don't want to miss!

Take the Lake Challenge is off and running! Participants can log miles (walking, running, cycling, swimming, paddling, rowing) from June 1 - August 31

Five distances to choose from: 100 miles, 300 miles, 520 miles, 800 miles, and 1040 miles!

You can tackle them solo or join with friends and tackle them as a team.

Two more days until the Turkey Strut 5K and 1 Mile! Packet pick up is tomorrow (Wednesday) from 3-7pm at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem & Clemmons (Winston location) or race morning from 7:30-8:30am at the fairgrounds. No better way to kick off Thanksgiving morning!
