Smiley Sprint Triathlon The Smiley Sprint Triathlon is on Sunday July 27, 2025. It includes the following events: Age Group, Novice, Aquabike, Relay Team, and Assisted Athlete.

Take the Lake Challenge is off and running! Participants can log miles (walking, running, cycling, swimming, paddling, rowing) from June 1 - August 31

Five distances to choose from: 100 miles, 300 miles, 520 miles, 800 miles, and 1040 miles!

You can tackle them solo or join with friends and tackle them as a team.

Swag gets mailed at the beginning of August!

Two more days until the Turkey Strut 5K and 1 Mile! Packet pick up is tomorrow (Wednesday) from 3-7pm at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem & Clemmons (Winston location) or race morning from 7:30-8:30am at the fairgrounds. No better way to kick off Thanksgiving morning!

Fall Into Winter Challenge begins tomorrow, October 1! 100 day virtual challenge where participants can log miles walking, running, cycling, swimming, paddling, or rowing. You can accumulate miles individually or as a team. Swag will be mailed at the beginning of December. Donations will go to aid efforts in Western North Carolina as communities recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene.

Packet pick up for the Run Wild 5K at the NC Zoo is today (Friday) from 5:30pm-7pm at the Greensboro Science Center!

Stop Drop and Roll 5K packet pick up is today from 4-6pm at Summerfield Fire District and yes, you can pick up for other people! Looking forward to a great event on Saturday morning with the best chili around!

Fall Into Winter Challenge kicks off on October 1st! This one is a 100 day challenge and you have four distances to choose from: 100 miles, 300 miles, 500 miles, or 800 miles.

Participants can log miles walking, running, cycling, swimming, paddling, or rowing. You can tackle the miles on your own time, individually or as a team. Team miles are added together to reach the goal. Swag is mailed at the beginning of December!
