Good afternoon friends and families, today will be the last day working with the Northern Football Team before their upcoming season and school starting next week! I believe they are ready to take on any opponent this year with such drive and compassion. Teamwork makes the dream work!

You'll never get anywhere by playing it "safe"

Remember that if you're driving into your work today. If you hate your job. If you're not happy about your appearance. Whatever it is. We all have the same 24hrs in a day to build the life we want to live.

Don't forget to come out this Wednesday to the Complete Athlete Boot Camp in the Battleground North Apartments near the carport at 6:30 pm!

Alright ladies and gentlemen, another week has gone by and we NEED more of you guys to show up to the Complete Athlete Boot Camp at Battleground North Apartments!!! It's FREE!! It can't really get any better than that. I understand it is summer and most of you guys have plans but if you have time, come on out and give it a try!

Hopefully, by next week (weather dependent) there may be some healthy snacks and drinks after the hard earned workout that is in store for you!

Well guys! It looks like we're still on for today's Complete Athlete Boot Camp held again at the Battleground North Apartments in the carport area! It seems to be rather humid so please bring a towel and plenty of water! See you then at 6:30 p.m. !

Good afternoon, today's Boot Camp Battleground North Apartments will be up in the air with the pending weather we are expected to have all afternoon and going into the evening. I will stay active by keeping you up to date with how the day plays out!
