My meal prep for the week consist of:
Spaghetti squash with onions, garlic, a little bit of marinara sauce, and vegan cheese.
Kale and spinach salad with shredded carrots, mushrooms, onions, slice almonds and pecans, cranberries and boiled eggs.
Fruit: bananas, strawberries, and baby tangerines (that’s what I call them)😂
I drink PLENTY OF WATER❤️❤️❤️

This pasta with scallops, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli is absolutely delicious. I added the broccoli for added flavor, protein, and fiber.
I also made a kale and spinach salad with boiled eggs, shredded carrots, brown rice, black beans, corn, shredded almonds, cranberries and onions. I will definitely get 3 to 4 servings of veggies daily this week. I can’t wait. I love my veggies.
