Our Family Sports Complex and Adult Fitness Center offers many options for everyone in the family! We provide After School and all day Summer care for children.
Proehlific Park offers many programs for the community for adults, kids and athletes at all skill levels. Our fitness center is state of the art and offers memberships for adults. Our Proehlific Sports Performance or PSP program provides speed and agility as well as conditioning and nutrition advice for professional athletes and local athletes of all ages.
