Kids donât need boring cardio.
They need games.
They need competition.
They need to move and have fun.
Today Jace and I worked on conditioning with a pool noodle sword fight and I promise you he worked harder than he would running laps.
Training kids should always feel like play. đȘ

ZY said Iâm crazy đ€Ș fitness
âIf you want to change your life⊠you have to change what you do every day.â
Most people are waiting for motivation.
Waiting for Monday.
Waiting for the âperfect time.â
But the truth is⊠your life changes the moment your habits change.
Itâs the early mornings.
Itâs the workouts you almost skipped.
Itâs choosing discipline when excuses are easier.
Small wins.
Stacked daily.
Turn into big transformations.
Some days I walk in feeling strongâŠ
Other days I walk in carrying the weight of everything.
This season of life has been a mix of really good days and really hard ones. But one thing Iâm grateful for is having a place where I can walk in, press play on some music, take a breath⊠and have a much-needed conversation with God.
No crowd.
No filters.
Just honesty.
Because when Iâm feeling low, thatâs where Iâm reminded that Iâm not doing this alone. God meets me right there in the quiet moments and gives me the strength to keep going.
Progress over perfection. Faith over fear. One day at a time.
If youâre in a tough season too, keep showing up. God isnât done with your story. đđœ

Client: âSo whatâs the secret?â
Me:
âïž Follow the workout
âïž Log your food
âïž Be consistent
Client: actually does it
Also the client 4 weeks later: âWait⊠why am I losing weight?â đ
Crazy how when you do the things⊠the things work.
Fitness doesnât need to be complicated. It just needs consistency.
đ If youâre ready to stop guessing and start seeing results, send me a message and letâs get to work.
Sometimes the hardest battle isnât with the world around you⊠itâs with the voice inside your own head.
The doubts.
The overthinking.
The version of yourself you keep telling yourself youâre not good enough to become.
But growth starts the moment you challenge that reflection. When you stop believing every negative thought and start showing up anyway. One workout. One prayer. One disciplined decision at a time.
You donât have to be perfect.
You just have to keep fighting for the person you know youâre meant to be.
Progress over perfection. Always. đȘ

Dear God, Iâm tiredâŠ
but I canât quit.
I may not be perfect.
Some days my faith feels weak.
Some days the work feels heavy.
But today Iâll choose progress over perfection.
One more prayer.
One more rep.
One more step forward.
Because God never asked for perfectionâŠ
He just asked me to keep going. đ

Coordination > Just âBeing Athleticâ
Today we worked on coordination with my 8-year-old athlete â and this is BIG for long-term development.
At this age, itâs not about lifting heavy.
Itâs not about running until theyâre exhausted.
Itâs about teaching the brain and body how to work together.
Coordination training helps:
â
Improve balance
â
Increase body awareness (proprioception)
â
Build confidence
â
Reduce injury risk
â
Lay the foundation for speed & strength later
When kids struggle with coordination, itâs not a lack of effort â itâs a skill that needs to be trained.
The goal?
Create athletes who move well first⊠so performance comes naturally later.
If youâre a parent and your child struggles with balance, confidence, or just âfeels awkwardâ during sports â thatâs trainable.
Letâs build the foundation the right way.
