The teams participate in the NC HEAT basketball games, performing dances and stunts.

Come join us for open gyms this Summer! Girls will learn cheers and dances. They will also try out some stunts! This is a great chance to learn more about NC HEAT cheerleading and to meet the coaches. We hope to see you there! Bring a friend!
