Coach Tijh has been selected as a member for the Jim Stone Fellowship.

Developed by The Art of Coaching Volleyball, Junior Volleyball Association, and the Regions of USA Volleyball, this fellowship is a selective, yearlong national cohort designed to identify, develop, and celebrate emerging volleyball coaches. Rooted in Jim Stone’s belief that great coaching begins with thoughtful leadership and lifelong learning, the fellowship provides structured education, mentorship from master coaches, and a connected peer network, supporting fellows as they grow not just as technicians, but as educators, decision‑makers, and leaders of people.
