take a minute to procrastinate with me… the mental strength on display here literally gave me goosebumps. having such singular focus is something we should all learn from.
here are ezra’s best lifts from this weekend, as well as his final attempts. the recent progress in strength and consistency that ezra’s made are obvious when you see how close he was to this 14kg PR Total. sadly his progress wasn’t reflected in the results, but it will be soon. i’m feeling great about our direction from here and can’t wait for the next opportunity to compete! great job ezra- way to show up and fight!
