We are excited to announce permanent pickleball courts coming to Bur-Mil Park!! Thanks to the leadership of Guilford County Parks and Bur-Mil Park, 10 permanent pickleball courts will be installed as part of the resurfacing of the bottom set of tennis courts.

With this addition, the new Bur-Mil Park Family Tennis & Pickleball Center will feature 3 adult tennis courts, 4 junior 8 & Under tennis courts and 10 permanent pickleball courts, all with lights!

JOB SUMMARY
Professional will oversee and provide on-court instruction for Precision Tennis facilities including youth, adult and private instructional programs. Each facility has an existing program to execute and expand upon. Professional will serve as Tournament Director for the USTA tournaments currently scheduled and work with local tennis association to engage with Junior Team Tennis and other programs operating in the community.

REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills; engage clients with a high-energy approach while maintaining an attention to detail and consistency in the tennis operation. Professional will oversee and direct tennis activities with a goal of developing more participation and community engagement. Instruction is the key component to this position for adults and juniors of all ages and abilities. USTPA/PTR/Net Generation certification is a plus.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This position is available immediately. Professional will report to Precision General Manager and work closely with Director of Instruction. This is a contract position for lessons, programs, camps and pro-shop services available. Commission terms are negotiable based on qualifications and experience. No additional benefits available.
