Congratulation to Coach Heath Randolph Grishaw for winning the Assistant Coach of the Year award out of 41 teams in Club Sports! We are very thankful for all that Heath does for our program and are blessed to have him!
This past weekend kicked off the 2018 spring season! We finished in a very tight battle between the top 4 teams at one of the most competitive meets in the country at JMU. We saw massive time drops from our last meet and had several meet records with team members winning different events! We are excited for the national championship in April!
