OK everyone, BIG NEWS! We are going to meet tomorrow at 6:15A at Grimsley High School Stadium! NO 530A group this week while we feel it out, but look for it again soon. 6:15A, everyone come out and learn what running a stadium (with a little fun thrown in for good measure) is all about!

Just a reminder all, NEXT WEEK there is no 530 workout! I will be in the Caribbean, soaking up some sun, celebrating family, and drinking margaritas (and also running). THERE IS A 630 workout hosted by the lovely Kiley! Show up, work out, have a blast!!
