Still trying to process what an amazing weekend this was at polesportorg Liberty Competition in Philadelphia!

I am so incredibly proud of our FitnessEnvi competition team. Watching these athletes pour months of work into their routines and then step onto that stage with so much heart was the best part of my weekend. We came home with 4 medals, but I’m even more proud of the courage, growth, and support this team showed all weekend long. I truly couldn’t ask for a better group of humans to coach.

If you’ve ever thought about competing, now’s the time! We’ll be starting prep for our November team soon, so if you’re curious, reach out. I’d love to chat with you about it.

❤️

✨ PoleStar Spotlight ✨

We’re still celebrating some of our standout moments from April’s competition season at DC Competition.

Renee brought a powerful, dramatic Level 3 routine to the stage and earned 3rd place 🥉 Her performance was commanding from start to finish—full of intention, control, and presence.

Our competition program is built to support dancers through every stage of performance development—from act creation and coaching to stage readiness and confidence under pressure.

We’re especially excited as our next competition team of 7 athletes heads to Philadelphia next month to take the stage again!
