In a yoga fury, we will move all of our stuck energy!

A flow class set to a one band/genre based playlist (a little louder music than usual). There will be breathing, grunting, screaming, hollering, profanity, and a little pounding on a bolster to encourage you to express frustration or strong emotions in a controlled way. The class emphasis is on stress reduction and self-acceptance rather than strict mindfulness.

IF YOU ARE NOT INTO PROFANITY, LOUD MUSIC, AND RAISING YOUR VOICE, PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER CLASS ON OUR SCHEDULE TO ATTEND.

Regular class pass applies for all "Pop-Up" additional classes. Register by app, online or in-studio.

Nothing is permanent. Our last day of our 2 weeks Yoga Sailing Holidays have come to an end! Wow! Sicily is beautiful. The people are so welcoming and the food is amazing! Alla prossima volta Sicilia!
