This past weekend some of our Masters had the opportunity to train with Master Joe Goss Jr. at his dojang in Johnstown.

No matter your rank, there’s always another level to reach and another way to improve.

A good reminder that you’re always a student. Grateful for the wisdom shared and thankful to have that guidance through our senior instructor.

We had a great time at the Hempfield Township Founders Festival over the weekend 👊

It was great seeing so many people out enjoying the new park and all the different activities throughout the festival. We’re proud to be part of something so positive for the community and excited to see this become such a great spot for families and kids.
