Hey FPCers! There is still time to register for the East TN Pilgrimage. Please register by tomorrow evening at the latest to ensure we can account for the amount of food we need to bring!

East Tennessee Pilgrimage — Foothills Paddling Club Foothills Paddling Club travels outside the Carolinas for one weekend a year, and we call it our annual East Tennessee Pilgrimage.

This Friday is the start of our East Tennessee Pilgrimage.

If you plan to camp at the Chilhowee Group site, please register on Eventbrite. I believe registration closes on Thursday.

The club is having a group dinner Saturday covered by the club and is being organized by Joe Kager at [email protected].

Please email him by end of Wednesday if you plan to eat with the club Saturday night so he knows he needs to include food for you on the Thursday grocery shopping trip.

Joe has just offered to cook Friday evening also but again you must notify him.

There is a Friday Ocoee trip posted on Discord by James so respond to that post if you would like to join that paddle as you drive to Chilhowee Friday.

Hey FPCers! We will plan to send out election emails starting next week. We are still looking for applications for board members! We currently only have applicants for 3 of the 6 board positions, so we would certainly appreciate any who are willing to step up!

Hey FPCers, in case you haven't seen the emails or discord post, we are getting ready to have elections for the board later this month! Please email if you are interested in running for a board position!

We are also looking for two committee chair positions, communications chair and events committee chair. Please email if you are interested in taking on either of these positions!

Due to WOR, there are no roll sessions this week. Pool will resume next Tuesday, July 7 and at the lake on Thursday, July 9.

Heads Up!! FPC Pool roll session has been cancelled this evening due to a f***l incident. Rolling at the lake will also be cancelled due to the Summer Social at Paris Mtn. State Park, Shelter #3. Click on the posted event for more details.
