Let’s normalize something ✨✨ Being THIS LEAN is not sustainable nor realistic. I was this lean for a competition- not everyday life. While getting down to this body fat I; lost my period, had brain fog, was exhausted all day long, & was constantly moody. This should not be your goal.

HOW I went from THIS ➡️ THIS 🙌🏻 Time, motivation, and consistency are essential to beginning a weight loss routine.
So many of my friends, coworkers, and family ask me how I find the time.
The answer is simple. I prioritize myself, working out, and eating healthy.
I am a nurse. I work 10-12 hour shifts 4x a week. My days are long, mentally draining, and i am quite simply exhausted when I get home..
So, I wake up and workout before work. My work day begins at 6:15am. My alarm clock goes off every single work day at 3:35. This allows me adequate time to get ready, go to the gym, and drive 35 minutes to work.
There are some days that it feels impossible to get out of bed. But, once I am dressed and in the gym I feel so fricken proud of myself and my determination. With a little pre workout, I usually have my best lift days at this time.
Do not say you don’t have time. You have to make the time.
