Women’s Self-Defense / Fightworks Academy

We had a great turnout last night for our Women’s Empowerment Day self defense class!

This Friday, August 22nd, is Women’s Empowerment Day. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining academies worldwide to teach self-defense through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. November’s Women’s self Defense Class was a ton of fun!

We covered how to break fall, Stand and base, protect yourself on the ground. We tested base while being pulled, and grip breaks.
