Some of you have noticed, we are making a few changes to our online registration system. We are switching to an online liability form so when you register for class you will be required to fill out that form once a year!
Also you will be require to have a pass to sign up for classes. If you pay cash, check or Venmo contact Erica to pay ahead of registering so she can mark it in the system so you can register. Making things easier for teachers too!

Final Bow students grab your favorite self-care partner and join us for Final Bow’s very first Self-Care Health Fair on January 31st from 9 AM–12 PM!
We’re filling the studio with all things calm, kind, and good for the soul. Enjoy a free yoga class, REFIT® and REV Flo®, and we have a few more surprises up our sleeves. Move, breathe, laugh, repeat.
Then take some time to unwind with chair massage, chat with our chiropractor and nutritionist, explore self-care booths, and make a sweet art project together to remember the morning.
PLUS — everyone who attends is entered to win a Self-Care Basket Door Prize generously donated by Beauty Systems Group!
It’s all completely free — just a chance to slow down, reconnect, and remind yourselves how important YOU are. We can’t wait to see you there!

Mixed-Level Mat Pilates

Bailey trained with Christine Kent and Jessica Heizman on reformer, chair, and mat pilates through Breathe Education in Cincinnati. She upholds a background in health and wellness working as a Registered Nurse, as well as having her own personal interest in different forms of body movement throughout her life.
Bailey was drawn to Pilates for its mindful, intentional movement principles of strengthening, lengthening, and alignment improving balance and attunement, not just within the body, but within the mind and soul as well. "Pilates continuously allows me to deepen my connection to myself, which in turn has allowed me to move through life with self-love and so much love for others."
Mixed-Level Mat Pilates Class Description
Move with intention in this mixed-level mat Pilates class designed to make your body feel held, strengthened, and gently challenged. Expect a soft, grounding atmosphere with slow, mindful transitions — paired with spicy core work, deep glute activation, breath alignment, and those slow burns that sneak up in the best way!
**Note: Due to her busy and varying full time job schedule, she can only offer pop-up day/evening classes at this time. They will be announced as they are scheduled!
