As we begin this new month, check out our May calendar and classes!
Our yoga in the park series continues this Friday at 6:30pm.
On Tuesday, come and support your local vendors at the Greer Farmers Market located at Greer City Park. There will be a free community yoga class from 5:30-6:00pm.
This month we also added a Saturday morning Kids Yoga Class!! This class is 30 minutes and will also be in the park!
🚨Be on the lookout for more information for our 2 events this month, Mothers Day Mimosas and Yoga and our Mental Health and Healing Stay-treat!!!

🚨Mark your Calendars!
This month I will be teaching a free community class at the Greer Farmers Market!! I have a designed a special family friendly yoga sequence that incorporates body movements and poses alongside a story!! Join us for some family friendly fun at Greer City Park on Sunday April 14! Yoga will be from 12:30-1!

Greer Farmers Market hours are 11am-2pm. Come and support the local vendors and there is also a bouncy castle and open field for kids to run and play or have a picnic.

🌅Yoga in the park is back this Friday at 6:30pm. This week we will be at the Pavilion in Greenville/Taylors this week.
👣FREE KIDS YOGA CLASS! Join me at the Greer Farmers Market on Sunday April 14 for a free community class. This class is open to parents as well! Bring the whole family! It will be 12:30-1 by Greer City Park.
🌊MINI WATERFALL RETREAT! Take a day off and reset your nervous system in nature! Join us for a nature hike, meditation and some guided journaling by the waterfall. This event will be from 10am-3pm. Our destination is about an hour out.
