I didnāt get to make a post the other day but I want to take the time now and congratulate Caleb Knight for signing on Thursday. This is a testament to his hard work and dedication to his craft. Caleb Iām just glad I was able to be apart of this journey with you . Iāve seen the growth physically and mentally since I have been training you and I couldnāt be more proudšŖš¾Again this is all because of you and your decision to grind and put in the work šÆ Iām always rooting for you šŖš¾
First time Caleb touched 315⦠it didnāt move.
Fast forward a little bit later ā 315 x4. Only about a month apart šŖš¾šš¾
Thatās what happens when training has structure, consistency, and purpose. Not random workouts. Real development.
Still sharpening technique, still chasing higher levels, but the progress speaks for itself. šš„

If you are an athlete or parent of athlete understand just playing 7v7 or AAU alone is not gonna develop your/their game. To truly develop and seperate from competition performance training is essential.
Your offseason should incorporate getting stronger, getting faster, becoming more explosive, becoming better at change of direction and agility, building vertical, understanding running mechanics and phases of running (acceleration,transition,top speed), understanding proper efficient movement and gait, improving technique and form, going through injury preventative training to help decrease the chance of an injury, etc. are all big parts of being the athlete you want to develop to be. Becoming disciplined and building work ethic are important. Make sure you are checking all the boxes to develop your body and game. Great players are made behind the scenes!
