Ishnaya Cold Plunge

Ishnaya is building a luxury house and studio in . This is a concept picture of what our largest, public, traditional Finnish sauna will look like. We’re going to have both and as well as and other recovery treatments. You’ll be able to buy monthly memberships, single visits, and packages. Right now, we are still waiting for some admin work to finish up but plan to start construction asap. Ishnaya will be at tomorrow with the mobile cold plunge unit! Celebrate their grand opening in Inman, South Carolina with us! We have two cold plunges that are constantly filtered and sanitized. They’ll be set to around 50 and 55 degrees. I provide towels and coaching on how to plunge for first timers. Sessions usually last between 2-10 min depending on individual tolerance levels but you can get benefits at any amount of time. $20 per session. Come see me and take the plunge from 10am to 3pm.
