We came to 141 Speedway for tonight’s practice/late model event. Learned some things after getting this car back on scales again. Car felt pretty solid all night. Should be ready to rock and rolled for the weekend unlike this Packers team that looks completely lost. Glad I better things to do tonight. Come on out tomorrow and Saturday night and have some fun with us during and after the races!

We had an absolute blast last weekend watching our daughter get married to her best friend!
Now we go back to racing as we finish things up for this weekends events at 141 Speedway. We will have our Gilbert's Sentry Foods Hortonville out there all 3 days as we have some items we want to try on Thursday night. See everyone tomorrow night!! Happy humpday all! Let’s get after it today! We are kinda hard at work preparing the Guaranty Closing and Title Services, Inc. ride for our next race weekend which is the 17th Annual Treek Strong Creek Classic at 141 Speedway. We raced night 2 of the Fall Brawl at Outagamie Speedway by Klink Equipment & Holtger Bros. Inc. had some good some bad. We took our Baye & Vanden Heuvel Dentistry sport mod to do battle with 31 others. We started off the night with a draw of 1 which started us on the pole of heat 1. We led every lap and drove away from the field to win it. That put us in the redraw for the feature where we drew starting spot 6. We weren’t really able to make progress early like I felt we should have and fell down to as low as 9th, we crawled our way back up to 6th with 10 to go when I made a mistake and caught the backstretch wall with the RR then proceeded to make it worse and spun out in the middle of the next corner. Pretty frustrating to have that happen at this point in our racing journey but hey I’ll never say we’re perfect. Went to the back of the field with 8 to go which was 17th. Drive my tail off and rallied back to 9th. We didn’t have a winning car but was definitely a top 5 car if I’m perfect behind the wheel(I obviously wasn’t 😉). Happy to recover like that but we have work to do before our next race.

We had a great cheering section last night and I’m thankful for each and every individual that was up there watching and cheering me on although I didn’t give them much to cheer about when it counted!

We are off next weekend as our daughter Aubree Bahr and her fiancée Noah Christiansen get married! A very exciting week ahead! Race car will take a back seat for the week as we celebrate this monumental event!

We are ready for night 2 of the fall brawl here at Outagamie Speedway by Klink Equipment & Holtger Bros. Inc with our Revive & Glow hot rod! Started off strong with a draw of 1. We will be on the pole for heat 1!

Last nights results weren’t satisfactory but weren’t bad either.
Heat - 4th-2nd
Feature - 5th-7th
Had a RF going flat which I think was making the car a little worse handling than it should have been.
